Is this board running Android? Or are you connecting to it with UsbSerial library?

yes arm8 running android. (Android v.4.0). I do not want to use the usb drive. Tablet pc yi pulled it out. for direct use in the RX and TX pins of arm8. rx and tx I want to read or write information into the registers. uart hardware takes care of the rest.
additional equipment for pcb running android can do so. My goal is to achieve additional hardware addresses. Arm8 an microcontrollers, do u have a serial port (pdf datasheth), and you will surely have an address registers and registers.

Maybe it can be done in Linux, but I don't think it can be done directly with Android. But I'm very curious to read experts answers.

I made a connection to the tablet in the arm. rx, tx and gnd. the other end of the 18f4620 rx, tx, gnd connection made. now only need to send an 8-bit number. basic4 uart library for android is required. need to do this.
