iOS Question Create an app for another developer

Hello.
I should develop an app for a customer who already has an Apple developer profile.
Is it possible to create the app so that the client can upload it to his own profile?
What is the best way to proceed?

The app is an adaptation of one that I have already developed.
The problem is that the client does not develop for IOS and does not know B4I.
Also I can not distribute the sources of the app (they do not even need it).
However, they have activated an IOS development account to publish apps made by third parties for them.
Is it possible to publish on their account an IOS app made with my IOS account? Should I have them create a certificate and a provisioning profile for use in my B4I?

Is it possible to publish on their account an IOS app made with my IOS account?

No.

You can explain the customer the steps required to create a certificate and provision profile and ask him to send you those files. You can also do it for them if you have access to their account.
