How could i encrypt a file (image for example) and could be encrypted by a server using php ?

Both B4XEncryption and Encryption libraries can encrypt files.
If you can switch from PHP to B4J then you can use B4XEncryption as it is compatible with B4A, B4J and B4i.

i cant switch to b4j the web-server must do the operation not an pc

B4J server solutions can run on Windows, Linux and Mac computers.

b4j can output .html and .php files ? so i can run it on my hosting ?

If you can start jar on you hosting then yes. But b4j can not interpret php... You can write a new php from within b4j. Or HTML...
