Congratulations on your B4i choice.

1. No problem with a Win PC
2. Publishing to Apple Store is painless if you follow all the rules.
3. Make sure your B4i package has the Hosted Builder.

A big thank you for your quick response.
So I created an apple account.
Then when I register for the developer account the following message appears:

Your Apple ID needs to be updated.
Before you can continue, you'll need to update the following information with your Apple ID (ferrages57@gmail.com).
Two-factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication for your Apple ID. After you turn it on, sign in to your developer account.
To learn more, see Two-factor authentication for Apple ID.

Mobile Phone Number
Verified.

I must say that I am French and therefore big galère to understand and translate English. I use Google Traduction.
Can you tell me what is this problem and how do I get out?

Don't enable two factor authentication for now.

Have you paid $99 to Apple?

Can you tell me what I need to do to successfully create this account?

Hello
To create a developer account I do:

- https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/ then I click on "Start Your Enrollment"
- The "https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth...08fd934911bcbea0110d07f757&path=/enroll/&rv=1" page
opens. I enter the ID and Password.
- The page "https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth/authenticate" opens and I click on "Continue"
- A code is sent on my mobile phone. I enter it in the displayed page and I click on "Continue".
- The page "https://developer.apple.com/apple-id/" opens and tells me "Two-factor Authentication" in problem.

From there, I'm stuck.

I must tell you that the mobile phone on which the code is sent is a SmartPhone under Android.
The problem would come from the?

Good evening
At the time I indicated the cell phone number for the 2-factor identification, I did not have an iphone and so I gave a phone number of an Android smartphone.
I still had the verification code that was sent on the Smartphone.

Since then I have recovered an iPhone 5C with a battery HS.
As soon as I have changed the battery and installed a SIM card, I will modify my Apple account by indicating the phone number of the iphone 5C.

My big problem is the understanding of English texts.

I just read on a page in French:
"With two-factor identification, your account can only be accessed on trusted devices like your iPhone, iPad or Mac."

it's very hard to login/work when still we don't undertand Apple.

you can call Apple in French and they will help you to set up your account.
Note: My experience, Apple didn't actived my account until I wrote my true home address.

Based on this, the verification must be done from an Apple device.
