I Inman Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 3, 2011 #1 I have noticed that when you press the Search button of the phone when inside apps like IMDb, Android Market, Handcent SMS, Go SMS, Youtube, Gmail, eBay etc...it shows a search box at the top of the screen with the app's icon on the left side. Is this a standard Android feature for developers?

I Inman Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 4, 2011 #3 Thanks for confirming Erel. Though it doesn't handle searches, it sure saves the trouble of designing an activity for searches. I hope you will add this feature to one of the future updates. Upvote 0
