Android Question Files RMAP ?

Is there any chance to use files RMAP (type of raster files for offline navigation for hiking, geocaching, navigation, GIS, sport and outdoor activities) ?
Such as app TwoNav, OruxMaps, RMaps, etc.
As an alternative to RMAP what type of files you can use OFFLINE ?

Thanks Erel, however it seems to me that the maps available do not have sufficient detail (at least 3 pixels / meter)
