Android Question Launch problem: B4A Sdk Manager, jetifer, Run AVD manager

B4A Sdk Manager on the tool tab, as well as: jetifer, Run AVD manager do not respond to clicks, and do not start any programs. Otherwise, the B4A seems to be working fine.
Tested all the tips found on this forum.
The instructions for installing and downloading additional resources of Android and Java were strictly followed.

We tried to put the IDE in other folders.
Nothing changes.
Windows 10 operating system is licensed. It seems that there are no viruses or torians.
What advice will be?

Prior to that, Android Studio 3 a Java was on the same computer, and everything worked. We didn’t install either Studio or Java for your instructions, but simply assigned path links to ready-made ones.

After we liked your Basic, we decided to free up space and removed the Studio.
Then, strictly according to your instructions, a Basic was installed and problems began.

Now in despair.
The same strange problems with Firebase, but we will write this in another topic.

1. Are you sure that you downloaded Java from: https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html? If not, B4A Sdk Manager will not start.
2. The additional libraries path shouldn't be be inside C:\Program Files.

Do you see a folder named javafx inside jdk-11.0.1 ?
