Hmm, I personally don't know anybody that uses Bing and I definitely do not know anyone that uses Cortana.

Well, I use Duck Duck Go, which I think gets some results from Bing. So perhaps that one. As for Cortana, I don't even have it installed in my Windows.

I use BING, primarily because Google is getting too big and powerful. I find the results from BING more than adequate.

Mind you, I use google maps a lot.
